Experience the Collegiate Soccer Environment Firsthand
Our Winter Indoor Camp is designed to immerse players in an authentic collegiate soccer experience. Each participant will engage in training sessions modeled after those used at the NCAA level — providing a rare opportunity to train, compete, and be evaluated by the St. Norbert College Men’s Soccer coaching staff.
All sessions will be directed by Head Men’s Soccer Coach Derek Rhodes, who brings an exceptional combination of professional, NCAA Division I, and collegiate coaching experience to the program.
Coach Rhodes has completed his 13th season as Head Men’s Soccer Coach at St. Norbert College, where he has established one of the most consistently successful programs in the region. Under his leadership, the Green Knights have captured six conference championships in the past ten seasons, and concluded the 2025 campaign with an 11–8 record, finishing third in the highly competitive NACC Conference.
Over the course of his career, Coach Rhodes has been part of an extraordinary 15 NCAA Championship teams — combining his achievements as both a Division I player and a Division III coach.
Before becoming head coach, Rhodes served as an assistant coach during one of St. Norbert’s most decorated eras (2004–2007). In that time, the program earned three conference championships (2004, 2005, 2007) and qualified for the NCAA Tournament in three consecutive seasons, including a memorable Sweet Sixteen appearance.
As a player, Rhodes was a four-year NCAA Division I starter and team captain at the University of Massachusetts, where he led the Minutemen to three Atlantic 10 Championships — two regular season titles and one tournament championship. His outstanding performance earned him First Team All-Atlantic 10 honors and recognition on the All-New England Regional Team in 2002.
Camp participants will benefit not only from Coach Rhodes’ extensive experience, but also from working directly with the entire St. Norbert College Men’s Soccer Coaching Staff, gaining insight into the training, mentality, and expectations of NCAA collegiate soccer.
This camp offers an unparalleled opportunity for aspiring college players to develop their technical, tactical, and mental approach to the game — guided by one of the most accomplished coaching staffs in the Midwest.
